Tamas is an 11 year resident on Bainbridge Island and this “Atelier” is a dream come true. Having worked as a chef around the world and competed on the international culinary stage the passion has always been chocolate and pastry. Tamas has trained with some of the world’s best chocolatiers and pastry chefs in France, Belgium, Montreal and Chicago. “I will never stop learning as long as I am on this planet. We can’t wait to share our creations with all of you.”
Tae started in the culinary field as a nutritional aide at Mirabella Seattle awaiting for acceptance into radiology school. While schooling and working full time, Chef Tamas offered Tae a job in the Back of the House and ever since, Tae and Tamas has worked side by side. Tae eventually turned away from the acceptance of Radiology and continues to work with food. Tae has had an amazing opportunity to work with the world reknowned chocolatiers in Belgium and in Las Vegas – including Jean-Marie Auboine, Ewald Notter, and Stephan LeRoux. This workshop is a dream come true.
