The Rest Is
Hungary is just as moody as Seattle 🤨
Even with the clouds keeping us wet the entire day, the sunrise was setting fire to the sky. Throwback to the view of Cheffy’s childhood home, our first stop for the early morning. I love the stories he tells me from time to time, its like a glimpse of his past. And now that I am actually standing in his hometown, I know he is a product of many environments. Many cultures. Many walks of life. He took up many lessons of life from the street dwellers and junkies to professional colleges and apprenticeships. He took a road less traveled and have met more people than I could ever have. His feet has touched the shallow waters on both sides of the Pacific Ocean and somehow I feel as though he learned to read the map in the stars…
P.S. – We had a great meal at Bock Bisztro. Chef took us to New York Palace for dessert. There was a pretty long line when we arrived. We’re waiting in line and he disappears. He comes back, take us on a crazy tour for photos and somehow he manages to get us seated. By passing everyone waiting in line 🤷🏻♂️. He be pulling some crazy stunts, I tell yah.
“Your environment is your canvas.”
